Almost done with Week 4!

So far so good ... on Monday I will be 4 weeks sugar & gluten free.

This last week I added Quinoa into my diet ... I ate a lot of quinoa, chicken and veggies. and I mean ALOT.  It was a really busy week so I didn't have much time to cook or be creative with me food, so I went with what was easy, healthy and quick.   I made the quinoa in my roommates rice cooker and it literally could not be easier.  I made a big batch, put it in a bowl in the frig after I mixed in some corn & green beans with a little salt and pepper.

I've been keeping with the smoothies for breakfast (strawberries, banana, plain greek yogurt) and they keep me full for a good few hours.

I found rice chips! YUM. And dangerous, especially with some hummus.



















This week I'm trying two new foods
- organic brown rice noodles
- kombacha tea (MORE INFO HERE) to help with digestion as I prepare to travel for India.
