Day 2

So far, so good.

Breakfast was tough since I didn't cook or bring in the new blender yesterday so it was carrots and hummus on my way out of the door to Pilates.

I spent a few hours cooking today ....

Broccoli/Leek soup
Spaghetti Sauce with Turkey & Grilled Eggplant (apparently spaghetti squash is out of season already)
Mashed Cauliflower
Tuna Salad

Should be enough food for the week!
