Day 1: Sugar Free, Gluten Free
Brunch: 2 Eggs, Tomato, Onion, Cheddar Cheese Scramble
Dinner: 3/4 C Hummus, 2 C Carrots
Evening Snack: 2 pieces of String Cheese
Workout: Zumba + 20 mins arm weights
I'm surprised at how NOT hungry I am today.
I went shopping ... but didn't have time to make any food yet. That is tomorrow's task

- Broccoli Leek Soup
- Spaghetti Squash with Turkey
- Tuna Lettuce Wraps
Shopping was time consuming but I managed to buy enough ...
